Happy with service & the product - although I haven't used it for real yet and guess I hope that I wont need to use it in an emergency. Looks more than adequate for the job.

Very pleased, and good job with the vent and window, it's very useful. Inside the shelter, it's warm, but not too hot.

Received my 2 person emergency shelter today, very happy with it! Opened it up and got myself (6 foot) and my brother (6 foot 4) in just fine. Hope I never have to use it but will be top of my rucksack for an upcoming trip to the Alps. Thanks LifeSystems!
